“Hablon” – taken from Hiligaynon word “habol” meaning “to weave” refers to both the process of making the fabric and the finished products. Century old industry of loom-weaving passed thru generations. This polycotton hablon blouse fabric is handwoven with love by our women weavers from Iloilo, Philippines.

Weaving Culture unites people and communities by living tradition thru their colorful weaves. We will always take pride in promoting our hablon here in the United States and to the world. Supporting their livelihood and tradition is our way of lifting women and helping our community.

Our Tahimik blouse named after, “Eric de Guia” better know as Kidlat Tahimik who is a film director, writer, and actor whose films are commonly associated with the Third Cinema movement through their critiques of neocolonialism. Purple and white weaves is just a beautiful way of showing off our filipino culture in a fashionable way.
